Abstract

Á¤Áß¼³°øÀº ÇÏ¾Ç ÀüÄ¡ºÎ¿¡ Á¸ÀçÇÏ´Â ÇغÎÇÐÀû ±¸Á¶¹°·Î¼­, ±¸°­ÀúÀÇ Ç÷ÇàÀ» ´ã´çÇÏ´Â ¼³ÇÏ µ¿¸ÆÀÌ Åë°úÇÑ´Ù. ÀÓÇöõÆ® ½Ã¼ú ½Ã ¼³ÇÏ µ¿¸ÆÀÇ ¼Õ»óÀ¸·Î ÀÎÇÑ ´ë·® ÃâÇ÷À» ¿¹¹æÇϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â CBCT¸¦ ÅëÇÑ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀÇ ÁÖÀÇ ±íÀº °üÂûÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ÇÏ¾Ç Á¤Áß¼³°øÀÇ ÇغÎÇÐÀû Ư¼ºÀÎ ÃâÇöºóµµ, À§Ä¡, Á÷°æ°ú ±× ¼ö¸¦ ¼ºº°°ú ³ªÀÌ¿¡ µû¶ó CBCT À̹ÌÁö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Æò°¡Çϱâ À§ÇÔÀÌ´Ù. 2008³â 11¿ùºÎÅÍ 2011³â 5¿ù±îÁö Àü³²´ëÇб³ Ä¡°úº´¿øÀ» ³»¿øÇÑ 62¸íÀÇ CBCT À̹ÌÁö(³²¼º 41¸í, ¿©¼º 21¸í; Æò±Õ ¿¬·É 43¼¼; ¿¬·É ºÐÆ÷ 9~85¼¼)¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÇÏ¾Ç ÀüÄ¡ºÎ CBCT¿¡¼­ °üÂûµÇ´Â Á¤Áß¼³°øÀÇ ÃâÇöºóµµ, ¼ö, À§Ä¡, ¼öÁ÷Àû °Å¸®¿Í Á÷°æÀ» °èÃøÇÏ¿´´Ù. 62¸íÀÇ È¯ÀÚ(100%) ¸ðµÎ¿¡¼­ ¼³±Ø »ó¹æ¿¡ 1°³ ÀÌ»óÀÇ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀ» °üÂûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú°í, 56¸í(90.32%)Àº ´Ù¼öÀÇ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀ» °¡Áö°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù(2°³ 64.52%, 3°³ 25.8%). 42¸í(66.13%)ÀÇ È¯ÀÚ¿¡¼­ ÇÏ¾Ç ¾ç ÁßÀýÄ¡ »çÀÌÀÇ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀ» °üÂûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. Ä¡Á¶Á¤¿¡¼­ ¼³±Ø±îÁöÀÇ Æò±Õ ³ôÀÌ´Â 24.21 mm ¿´°í, ÇϾǰñ ÇÏ¿¬¿¡¼­ Á¤Áß¼³°ø±îÁöÀÇ Æò±Õ ³ôÀÌ´Â 14.53 mm, ÇϾǰñ¿¡¼­ÀÇ »ó´ëÀûÀÎ ³ôÀÌ´Â 0.45¿´´Ù. ¼³°øÀÇ Æò±Õ Á÷°æÀº 0.93 mm¿´´Ù. CBCT¸¦ ÅëÇØ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀÇ ÃâÇöºóµµ, À§Ä¡, Á÷°æ°ú ±× ¼ö¸¦ ½±°Ô È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. ÀüÄ¡ºÎ ÀÓÇöõÆ® ½Ã¼ú ½Ã ´ë·®ÃâÇ÷ÀÇ ÇÕº´ÁõÀ» ¿¹¹æÇϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â ÀÓÇöõÆ® ½Ä¸³ Àü CBCT¸¦ ÃÔ¿µÇÏ¿© °³°³ÀÎÀÇ Á¤Áß¼³°øÀÇ ÇغÎÇÐÀû Æò°¡ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

It is necessary to consider the median lingual foramen carefully to prevent the bleeding due to the damage of the
sublingual artery for implant surgery. This study is to evaluate the frequency, location, diameter and the number of the Mandibular median lingual foramen regarding gender and age in the CBCT. Sixty two images of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) whose visited the Chonnam National University Dental hospital from Sept. 2010 to Apr. 2011 were evaluated. Frequency, number, location and the diameter of Mandibular median lingual foramen shown in the CBCT image were evaluated. Sixty two patients (100%) had at least one median lingual foramen and fifty six patients (90.32%) had multiple foramens. Forty patients (66.13%) showed the median lingual foramen on the location between Mn. central incisors. The mean vertical position of the genial spine and the median lingual foramen was 24.21 mm and 14.52 mm, respectively. And the relative mean vertical dimension of median lingual foramen was 0.45. The mean diameter of the foramen was 0.93 mm. CBCT demonstrated the frequency, location, diameter and the number of median lingual foramen. It is necessary to take CBCT before implant placement to prevent the bleeding.
